Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush Luminous and Sparkling Shadows

I got the obsession for these Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush Luminous and Sparkling Shadows from Miss Muse. After reading her blog entry on these loose powder shadows, I've got to have all the colors. So there, now I have a nice little rainbow of 'em :D

I haven't tried them all just yet, so this is just a little preview of what's to come.

  1. That's a nice collection! (I am doing the same thing with my juicy tube...)

Victoria's Secrets beauty line gave me a bad start so I am probably won't buy anything else from it (not in huge quantity, but some small purchase maybe) I still remember in my freshman year history class a girl with very red lips, sagging are, and a ultra low-cut but not even sexy tube top was wearing VS's body splash and my nose suffered for an entire hour...(I am very sensitive to scents and stuff although I only tested that thing once) ...then the beauty rush lip gloss has that annoyingly sweet scent plus the color that doesn't really show (well, I have very red lips to start with)

I might try the peppermint lip balm in the future (I totally took your advice and bought the minted rose from smith, loved it) but I think burt's bee has a pretty good minty balm that I am on my Nth one already, the mint one was good and I love the pomegranate balm ) so...there is a long way until my next VS purchase.

  2. Yeah, well, I didn't say I like VS :P I blame miss Muse for my rainbow rampage here :P

But they do have a gem here and there though. You really should try their Beauty Rush Soothing Lip Balm in the pink pot. I have yet to fail in converting a single person yet, provided they give the lip balm a chance. Lovely stuff. If you like the Smith's Minty Rose, you'll LOVE the Beauty Rush Soothing Lip Balm - it's just a tad thicker in consistency, but the texture is exactly the same. glossy and smooth and minty and soothing. Absolutely not sticky. Promise.

  6. Hello there Muse!

man, ever since i read about the Korean makeup stuff from you, and then i saw some incriminating pictures from MUA, i just went nuts!!! it's totally unknown territory for me so i couldn't help but poof myself into [curious] George.

heheehe i am honored you bestowed "insane" upon boring ol' me. how often does miss Muse hands out compliments like that? to be called insane by miss Muse is like to be truly completely not on earth anymore. i am very deeply touched *sniff*

Ehm...let's see...I just ordered a few tubes of BB Cream, a bunch (like, a big f*cking huge bunch) of skin care stuff, several makeup items. mostly i'm curious about Skinfood, Etude House, Missha, and somewhat Laneige, but i'm always wide open for other brands to explore. i don't really stick to any particular brands ever :) no loyalty at all :P
