Sephora Micellar Cleansing Water

In the spring of 2017, Sephora released a collection of skincare in a variety of fragrances that included Rose, Coconut, Green Tea, Charcoal, and Yuzu. Among the collection were cleansing milks (Rose and Coconut) and waters (Green Tea, Charcoal, and Yuzu) but the whole range has since been discontinued. I managed to pick up this 100mL/3.38fl. oz. bottle of Micellar Cleansing Water Yuzu in the fall of 2017 (I think) because, well, it's yuzu and I had to try it.

This 100mL/3.3fl. oz. bottle of Avene Micellar Lotion was part of a generous GWP from Beauty Habit a while ago, though it was only recently that I added it to my lineup of cleansing waters.

Was done with Origins A Perfect World for Eyes and been using this 5mL/0.17oz. jar of Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Intensive Age-Renewal Eye Creme nightly for more than six weeks now.

Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream

From the same Rose Set as the Fresh Rose Floral Toner is this 30mL/1fl. oz. glass jar of Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream, which brought my skin back to life after Tatcha The Water Cream deep fried it.

Half way through this 60mL/2fl. oz. spray bottle of Fresh Rose Floral Toner so here's a review for it. It was a part of the Rose Set I picked up for myself and my gal pal J. at Nordstrom last holiday season, when Fresh ran a nice promotion there.

Tatcha The Water Cream

Urgh. I dread writing this post but here goes.

For a few years now, Sephora has been trying to claw its way onto the monthly subscriptions bandwagon. I've been ignoring these boxes because they contain products I don't care for. Last fall though, I spotted this box of Sephora Play! Smarts: Skincare by Age 40s with a 5mL tube of Caudalie Premier Cru The Eye Cream, which I'd totally pay $10 for because the 15mL full size is $99, everything else in the box was bonus. So I bought the box, which apparently you could for the same subscription price of $10.

Among the "bonus" items from that box was this 5mL/0.17fl. oz. jar of Tatcha The Water Cream, which lasted me about a week of daily use in the mornings. Thank god it was over, because this water cream might as well be just water. It was so woefully inadequate my skin is now in recovery mode from all the dry patches that developed.

Boscia Charcoal MakeUp Melter Cleansing Oil-Balm

Here's something that I'm lemming a full size of: this Boscia Charcoal MakeUp Melter Cleansing Oil-Balm. I'm using a tiny 15g/0.5oz. and liking it quite a bit.
