Here's a cleanser I was glad to be rid of: this 200mL/6.7fl. oz. bottle of Darphin Azahar Cleansing Micellar Water.
Why? Because this Micellar Water was sooo perfumy with a scent that reminded me of the super strong Thai incense, not
exactly my jam. Okay, that was an understatement. More like the scent repulsed me and I held my breath every time I used it, as if Thai incense came in an eau-de-toilette form and I was spritzing it all over my face. Yuck. The irony here was that the cleansing water was actually rather mild but effective. With all due respect, sometimes I do wonder if France has a collective olfactory problem, because the vast majority of Made in France products I've tried had a crazy strong scent. Where is the subtlety, folks? I won't repurchase because of the scent alone.
