Canmake Cheek & Cheek Part IV

Bought this Canmake Cheek & Cheek in color 08 Love Trap Flower late last year when it came out. Happy to report this latest addition to the Cheek & Cheek line is going back to the original contrasting color scheme that made its first four releases so popular. I much prefer the contrast of colors over the similar looking 05 Peach Petal and 06 Antique Rose with two tones that are too close to make much difference once blended.

- 08 Love Trap Flower: a combination of milky pink and muted tomato red. At first glance, it may look reminiscent of 01 Candy Flower, but fear not the colors are different. This pink is milkier and is light enough to be used as a highlighter for some, versus the warm petal pink in 01 Candy Flower that shows up nicely on my cheeks when used alone. And of course this red versus the orange with coral undertone in 01 Candy Flower. This combo has the same decent pigmentation level as the first 4 colors, so I didn't have to swatch it with a heavy hand.
