Bene Premium Bluria Clear Spa Shampoo

After Klorane Shampoo with Mango Butter, I finally got to this 480mL bottle of Bene Premium Bluria Clear Spa Shampoo and actually get to pair it with its partner the Moist Spa Treatment.

Hubby stepped out of the shower singing praises for this one. "Very nice shampoo. I like it!" he said. The bottle makes it look blue but the shampoo itself is clear. The scent is pleasant and soft floral and not at all overpowering. It lathers well but doesn't foam like mad, and it leaves my hair soft and weightless after blow-drying.

How my hair fares the next day depends on which conditioner I use. When I pair it with the Moist Spa Treatment, by the end of the next day my scalp and hair do feel a bit oily, but it's definitely a step up from Klorane Shampoo and is worlds better than Crystal Rose Repair Shampoo. When I skip conditioner entirely, I get the same result as Klorane. Weirdly enough, when I use my lazy conditioner though (just finished whatever that's left of Shikioriori Tsubaki Hair Essence Water and now back to using Yanagiya Anzu Oil Hair Toning Lotion), my scalp and hair get super greasy just as they did with Crystal Rose. Not sure why, but either way I can't be lazy like before with this shampoo ^.^" There's an "Oil-In" variety in the red bottle and I'm very curious whether it'll be any different than this one. Has anyone tried that before?

  1. Oil in as in the rose edition? I use that and don't find it very different from this. My hair doesn't get oily when I use this (I think), in fact I find it's not enough for me in winter. Maybe it's a bit too stripping? It definitely leaves my fine hair fluffier than Ichikami and the likes.
But I'm glad you don't completely hate it lol

  2. Hey Julia!

I have no idea if it's rose, but it's in a pink bottle ^.^ Hubby likes this shampoo a lot and hasn't complained of any oiliness. My hair and scalp have always been oily and it's really hard for me to find shampoos that don't make it worse haha Thanks for the recommendation though. I like it well enough :)

    Hugs,
    D.
