From left to right: Pixi Beauty Straight on till Morning Liner in the color 2nd Star Twinkle, Endless Silky Eye Pens in Iridescent Iris and 6-True Teal. All pictures taking in natural light without flash.
Since I have already review these pens in a previous post, I'm going to go straight to the colors.
- 2nd Star Twinkle: a golden olive with somewhat chunky glitters. Indeed this Straight on till Morning Liner feels completely different than the other Endless Silky Eye Pens! It's much drier and grittier due to the chunky glitters. And it leaves behind a lumpy line versus the buttery smooth lines from the Endless Silky Eye Pens. Sadly, I would conclude this color is safe to skip.
For comparison, I've swatched this Straight on till Morning Liner 2nd Star Twinkle with Stila Smudge Stick Moray (middle) and Starfish (right). 2nd Star Twinkle has the most gold out of the three, and Stila Starfish is the greenest. But notice how only the Stila Moray in the middle is smooth, versus the lumpy masses on its two sides :(
- Iridescent Iris: this color is pure genius! It's a purple loaded with fine silver shimmers and somehow still remain buttery soft and smooth. I absolutely love it and actually bought a back up ^.^ Last I saw this color was available at Target. Give it a chance and you won't regret it!
From left to right: Pixi Endless Silky in 3-Black Tulip, Iridescent Iris, versus Stila Smudge Stick Purple Tang and Tetra. See how the silver shimmers light up Iridescent Iris, but that it's still smooth?
- 6-True Teal: a brilliant teal with shimmers so fine they don't show at all, leaving a satiny finish. This color is actually identical to Stila Smudge Stick Peacock. See swatches below!
