Lipstick Queen Lip Restore Balm

Lipstick Queen pulled out of North America years ago, so this Lip Restore Balm I bought from Look Fantastic which is located in Europe (I actually would recommend *against* purchasing from this online store: they make many mistakes when fulfilling orders, often send me expired products, their customer service is nonexistent, and they will lie through their teeth just to get you off of their backs). I actually bought two 2.5g/0.09oz. tubes and sent one to a friend, although I don't remember who. 

This was a minty, glossy lip balm in a twist up pen with a slanted silicone applicator tip. What's not to love? I love me a minty lip balm. No complaints here, only that I wish it was easier to get a hole of Lipstick Queen products.

Lipstick Queen Lip Gloss

This Lipstick Queen Lip Gloss in Jean Queen was a cart filler, and I happen to like it quite a bit so here's a quick post. I usually skip glosses but I love my Jean Queen Lipstick and so was game to try this gloss.

Lipstick Queen Black Lace Rabbit Cream Blush

Along with Lipstick Queen Dating Game Lipstick in Good Catch, I also picked up the Black Lace Rabbit Cream Blush. There was a lipstick version too, but aside from being a bit gimmicky, their color-changing lippies were hit-n-miss in my experience, so I stuck with just the blush which almost always work for me (Frog Prince sure did!).

Lipstick Queen Dating Game (Lipstick)

Over the summer, Lipstick Queen shuttered their official US online shop and put all available stock on great discount (the brand is still available through other online retailers such as Ulta, etc.), so I picked up a few things, among which a Dating Game Lipstick in Good Catch, Sinner Lipstick in Wine for my pal J., a backup of Saint Bordeaux, and a Black Lace Rabbit Cream Blush (will post next).

Lipstick Queen Saint Lipsticks Part VII

Over the past year (can you believe it's been a year since my last Lipstick Queen Saint Lipsticks post?!), I've collected three more Saint Lipsticks in Saint Mauve, Saint Coral Red, and Saint Bright Berry, the latter two being the newest additions to the lineup.

Lipstick Queen Belle Epoque

These Lipstick Queen Belle Epoque went on sale last summer (and have since been discontinued) and on impulse I picked up Belle Wine along with two All That Jazz lipsticks and a Saint Mauve (will review later).

Lipstick Queen All That Jazz

These Lipstick Queen All That Jazz lipsticks were my impulse buys last summer. I knew they had shimmers and with moderate pigmentation, not quite the Sinner-level 90% pigment but definitely more pigmented than the Saints. Then again, I remembered that Dancing Queens were among my favorite lipsticks and they were chock full of shimmers, and the Liptropolis were also more pigmented than I'd prefer but I loved those too. So into my basket Hot Piano and Paint the Town went.

Lipstick Queen Saint Lipsticks Part VI

During a sale last winter, I picked up backups for a few of my Lipstick Queen favorites, including Medieval in The Pretty Pair (Saint Pinky Nude went to mum-in-law), Bete Noire Possessed Sheer, and Butterfly Ball Moment. While at it I also spotted Saint Rust on sale and nabbed it since I don't have that color.

A few months later, LQ released a new color in the Saint formula, Saint Plum, which I couldn't resist and bought it together with Mornin' Sunshine and Queen Bee.

Lipstick Queen Mornin' Sunshine

What's your opinion on color-changing lipsticks? They've been kind of hit-and-miss for me. Lipstick Queen Frog Prince was decent but Hello Sailor was a total dud. And yet I fell for yet another one from LQ, Mornin' Sunshine. I'd read lots of raving reviews for it and couldn't resist.

Lipstick Queen Queen Bee

Picked up a few new Lipstick Queen goodies during a sale earlier in the year, including the newly released (and eagerly awaited) Saint Plum. The Mornin' Sunshine and Queen Bee were a curiosity buy and impulse buy, respectively.
