Amore Pacific Intensive Revitalizing Eye Essence

I used to roll my eyes at the idea of eye essences and serums, because I thought they were rather redundant when I was already applying eye creams. And then I got older and my eye area became even drier than it was before and all of a sudden, eye essences and serums didn't seem so silly. Ha!

Still, it took this 15mL/0.5fl. oz. roller pen of Amore Pacific Intensive Revitalizing Eye Essence to really changed my bias against this line of products. Actually, it didn't just change my bias, it made eye essences and serum a permanent fixture in my nighttime skincare routine.

I had 2 full size 15mL/0.5fl. oz. pump bottles of Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-hour Hydro-filler Concentrate, one from a Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator Set and the other from a Moisture Surge Skin Quenching Kit, with a third 5mL/0.17fl. oz. travel size tube from a Nordstrom Clinique GWP. I ended up using only the travel mini and gave the other 2 full sizes away to my friends M. and T.

Here's a product that pleasantly surprised me: this 4mL/0.1fl. oz. deluxe sample tube of Elemis Pro-Collagen Eye Revive Mask. It was from the Elemis x Hayley Menzies GWP, and I didn't think much of it at all at first.

After I finished up with Sulwhasoo TimeTreasure Renovating Eye Serum, I started on this equally tiny 3mL/0.1fl. oz. tube of La Mer The Lifting Eye Serum.

Embryolisse Artist Secret Radiant Eye

This 4.5g/0.15oz. twist up tube of Embryolisse Artist Secret Radiant Eye also fell victim to my youngest, after which I finally learned that my nightstand was not a safe place to leave skincare, especially when said skincare is housed in cute little chubby tubes.
