Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-hour Hydro-filler Concentrate

I had 2 full size 15mL/0.5fl. oz. pump bottles of Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-hour Hydro-filler Concentrate, one from a Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator Set and the other from a Moisture Surge Skin Quenching Kit, with a third 5mL/0.17fl. oz. travel size tube from a Nordstrom Clinique GWP. I ended up using only the travel mini and gave the other 2 full sizes away to my friends M. and T.

This was a transparent eye gel with moisture beads in pastel pink, lavender, and green. It was definitely pretty to look at! That said, the formula unfortunately didn't work so well for me. Actually, the whole Moisture Surge line was the same way: Moisture Surge Hydrating Lotion didn't work, and neither did the Moisture Surge Intense, so it wasn't just this eye gel. I think it's the silicones in the ingredients, but this whole product line don't layer very well under my sunscreen. So yeah, I tried the travel size tube of eye gel and gave away the 2 full sizes since I won't use them.

I had brought the travel size tube below on a short trip to California but ended up using it at night. Usually, I prefer a thicker and richer eye cream for overnight use, and I did have to layer a richer balm over the gel because it wasn't moisturizing enough for my dry skin. So it didn't work for me as a nighttime eye gel either :(
