On a whim, I picked up these two tiny 18g tins of Sea Breeze Smooth Hand Gelato via Amazon JP for my gym bag. There were two scents available, Botanical Sweet and Pink Grapefruit, and I got both.
I didn't know what to expect other than having some light moisture for my hands, but I ended up liking them quite a bit. I think "gelato" was a pretty apt name: these had a gel-cream texture that was super light but was still adequately moisturizing. I didn't want these to be intense hand creams to begin with--I didn't need intense hand creams at the gym that would make everything oily and greasy. What I didn't expect was that they had menthol in them, which left a cooling, tingling sensation. This may sound odd, but after working out and my hands were tired and hot, the menthol actually felt pretty darn nice! So funny as it sound, I'm going to repurchase for exclusive use in my gym bag ^.^
- Botanical Sweet: a crisp fruity scent.
- Pink Grapefruit: smelled like grapefruit sparking water, yummy! (although you might not want to eat it ^.^)
