More than half way through this 200mL/6.7fl. oz. pump bottle of Givenchy Hydra Sparkling Luminescence Moisturizing Bubbling Lotion.
My first Givenchy skincare products so I'll be honest that I'm pretty wary. After all, it was
only since the pandemic when many of my Japanese shopping resources
were cut off that I started to branch out to non-Japanese higher end stuff.
Turns out I had nothing to worry about: this is a really decent toner! Would I pay full price for it? Probably not, and I didn't----Saks ran a pretty good promotion and successfully tempted me. To be fair, I wouldn't pay full price for Cle de Peau skincare either, and yes, I've tried a few full sizes.
Anyway, this toner is a clear blue gel, very refreshing going on with
a refreshing scent that's thankfully not too strong. I'm not sure what they meant with "Sparkling Luminescence," but no, it's not tingling or minty on the skin in anyway. It's only lightly
moisturizing, which is fine since I expect to layer more skincare
product over it and wouldn't want it too moisturizing anyway. Over all, glad I tried it but definitely won't repurchase. I think Givenchy has discontinued this line anyway.
