This is a loose powder with some coverage and high sun protection, and while Sparkle Ocher sounds like glitter fest it's not. It has fine shimmers that adds a soft focus glow, similar to Maikohan Loose Powder N Sakura, the discontinued Lavshuca Face Powder Glow, and DHC Q10 Face Powder Transparent 01 (transparent shimmer). In addition to the very fine shimmers, there are also scattered bits of larger shimmers, although these don't really show up at all. The only difference is that this Clear Last powder has very high sun protection, and it's mildly scented.
The main ingredients for sun protection are octinoxate (メトキシケイヒ酸エチルヘキシル), titanium dioxide (酸化チタン), and zinc oxide (酸化亜鉛). I'm glad about the zinc oxide as it's a better physical filter for UVA than titanium dioxide, but again with the concentration unknown there's really no way to judge :(
Sorry for the crappy swatch picture, but this powder does provide some coverage. That said, believe it or not this powder is a tad too moisturizing for me. About 30 minutes after application and it already settles into lines. Even worse is that I get a sheen from it, and the fine shimmers definitely don't help in this case. I guess this is one case where I'm actually glad the product is discontinued. Tsk tsk tsk.
