In addition to Paul & Joe Moisture Lotion, I also brought this 25mL bottle of Herbal Lotion with me on the same trip. This too came from the Makeup Collection 2021, on Day 17.
This was a translucent toner which I applied immediately after washing my face in the morning, before layering on the Moisture Lotion (the emulsion). I called this Herbal Lotion a toner, but by no means it was runny or watery like most toners. Sure, it was thinner than the Moisture Lotion, but it was slightly viscous and was pretty moisturizing. So this plus the Moisture Lotion on top made an effective combination that kept my skin happy. Again, it was a tad strongly scented with P&J's signature scent, but I liked it enough to have purchased the full size as well. I plan to save both for use in the winter, when my skin is most dry.
