Exuviance Rejuvenating Treatment Masque

Been using this 74mL/2.5fl oz. full size tube of Exuviance Rejuvenating Treatment Masque alongside a few other masks for the past several months. I went through a few phases of different types of facial treatments. I used to be crazy about sheet masks, then sleeping masks, then peeling gels, and I guess now it's either the peel-off or wash-off masks. I'm still using the peeling gel occasionally too, and now that it's gotten drier, I've been reaching less for the peel-off masks and more for the moisturizing wash-off masks, which I will get to next!

I got this tube from DermStore 2012 Black Friday Special Mystery Black Bag ^.^ I waited for so long to try it because it has a blend of AHA/PHA (polyhydroxy acids) blend and at the time, I was still experimenting with Avene TriAcneal (a blend of retinaldehyde, glycolic acid which is already an AHA, a third something else I don't remember) and didn't want to over stress my skin. I've given up on TriAcneal and reduced it to a mere eye cream since the beginning of the year. However, it took until around the summer for my skin to finally completely de-clog and rid itself of all remnants of TriAcneal (didn't work out too well). Now that my skin have readjusted and returned to the state it was pre-TriAcneal, I'm ready to give this peel-off mask a try.

Talika Lash Conditioning Cleanser Oil Free

Finally finally finished my bottle of Shiseido The Skincare Instant Eye and Lip Makeup Remover and moved on to this 50mL/1.7fl oz. bottle of Talika Lash Conditioning Cleanser Oil Free. This is the smaller of the two sizes available, and I got mine from the Dermstore 2012 Super Luxe Grab Bag #2.

Hadanomy AquaPlacenta Wash Facial Cleanser

After Shiseido Perfect Milk deep fried my skin over the course of 2 nights, I went back to Shiseido The Skincare Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam but got bored again rather quickly. ...And moved on to this Hadanomy AquaPlacenta Wash Facial Cleanser ^.^

This is a cleansing foam and I wasn't going to buy it at first. Not only is it freaking huge (150g!), it's a foaming cleanser which means chances are good it will deep fry my skin again. Aside from that, I still have a few other items from this Hadanomy AquaPlacenta line (lotion and cream) but so far have only used the Concentrated Mist. In the end though, I bought it anyway -.-' 

Canmake Cream Cheek Part IV Clear Series

I was so excited to get this limited edition of Canmake Cream Cheek CL05 Clear Happiness! I'd been watching for its availability since reading about its release on Rouge Deluxe ^.^ Look how orange it is!!!

I noticed the clasp on the lid is different! Check out older oval nub clasp (left) versus the newest CL05's bow-shaped clasp ^.^ The metallic sparkles on top of the lid forms a heart shape too, versus the older circle.

Kate Goldish Eyes

I wasn't too interested when these Kate Goldish Eyes first came out. Each quad has just one dark color that's the liner color, the other 3 include a base/highlighter, a sparkly all over lid color that's still very light, and an even sparklier top wash. I love my sparklies but I still need some color to work with here :(

The original lineup has only 4 colors: BU-1, GD-1, PK-1, and WT-1. Of these, only GD-1 looks like it has any color at all while the WT-1 is pretty much a bust all around for me. Then this summer they added GD-2 to the mix, which looked interesting, so I caved and picked up both GD-1 and GD 2.

Olay AquaAction Long Lasting Hydration Gel TW

Picked up this 50g jar of Olay AquaAction Long Lasting Hydration Gel at Watsons in Taipei (hence the TW) with hubby in mind. He was a fan of the long-discontinued Lancome Aqua Fusion line. Way back in the mid 2000's when I still using both the non-SPF as well as the SPF versions of the creams and lotions, he would mooch the non-SPF cream from me every night until I get him his own jar. Then Lancome discontinued this line and he moved on to Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief, then SkinFood Lettuce & Cucumber Water Jelly Cream after he grew bored of Clinique.

Boscia Luminizing Black Mask

This full size 80g/2.8oz tube of Boscia Luminizing Black Mask was part of the 2012 Black Friday promotion and I've been using it occasionally for the past few months. This is a peel-off mask (*not* the same as peeling gels!) that promises to cleans out the pores and minimize their appearance.

This mask comes out of the tube a thick, glossy, opaque black sludge. What you do is smooth an even layer over clean skin, wait until it dries completely, then peel it off starting at the outer edges. Then you rinse off the residues. I just exfoliate the rest off gently with a damp and warm facial muslin cloth.

Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick

This full size 2.8g/0.09oz Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick is a gift from my friend A. We've been swapping goodies and she picked out this color Fiend for me :D

My very first UD lipstick, folks! I haven't had much exposure to UD products at all. The brand's been all the rage thanks to their smashing popular Naked palettes, but I'm just not interested. A. loves these lipsticks though and her makeup's always flawless, so naturally I'm curious to know which brands/products she reaches for and why.

Boscia Blotting Linens Part II

During the busy times at work, I got too lazy to put on sunscreen, which helped greatly with oil-control. The result is that I get totally oil slicked by mid afternoon, and thankfully I have these Boscia Blotting Linens handy!

Last year, I bought the Green Tea, Peppermint, and Pink Peppermint. I finished the Green Tea 25-sheet pack long ago and am half way through the Pink Peppermint 100-sheet pack (full size) now. This past July, Boscia ran a Surprise Beauty Bag promotion I picked up another set with Green Tea again and unscented, along with a carrying case with mirror, which is a cute little convenience but not entirely necessary unless I am to dab these blotting linens over makeup, in which case I do without a mirror anyway.

SK-II Signs Eye Mask

Been using these SK-II Signs Eye Masks off and on for the past few months, may be once a month on a night when I'm too lazy for the other several peel off or wash off masks I'm using ^.^ I got 7 pairs from the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence Rochas Bottle x Mask Coffret back in June, though I didn't get around to review this coffret till August.
