This is a liquid lip balm that honestly applies like a thick and luxurious lip gloss. There's no goopiness and stickiness. In fact, there's an oily and instant softening feel that's been trendy in lip oils and Japanese lipsticks, even though most lip oils are really just misnamed lip glosses. It stays on pretty well too!
The problem I have with it is the pale powdery pink color and the milkiness in the finish. The swatch looks innocent enough but on my lips the milkiness is a deal-breaker, the very
reason I use it before bed instead of during the day, as an overnight treatment for my lips. The other problem is that hubby doesn't like the strong rose scent. Mind you, I think it's a very nice rose scent and I don't even like rose scents! But it's true the scent is strong, so after a few weeks hubby finally complained and the balm got moved to my desk instead ^.^ I probably won't repurchase, because of the strong scent, but if you like roses, this is a really decent lip balm.

Wait, I sent you the hand cream and not the lip balm? Shoot, does that mean I accidentally sent the lip balm to someone else?!? Oh no!!! Sorry Julia!! I was so darn sure I'd put the lip balm in your bag on my desk :( Next time I place an order I'll be sure to grab a lip balm for you!

Don't worry about it! Like I said, I'd have the same issue with the color, plus I'm currently using a medicated cream because my lips keep cracking.
You did me the Jouer lipbalm and the Malin & Goetz ones, plus an Estée Lauder lip gloss. Thank you for those!!
