Catching up with more posts stuck in the draft folder. This one is for the 180mL/6.12fl. oz. pump bottle of Nursery Makeup Cleansing Gel in the Yuzu scent (there are several other varieties I think) that I finished a while ago.
This was an awesome makeup cleansing gel! I know I tagged this post with "oil cleansers," but this was *not* a gel-to-oil cleanser--it stayed a gel the entire time and didn't turn oily at all! It was pale yellow coming out of the bottle and was milky and translucent, and it smelled amazing, like freshly cut yuzu fruit that refreshed and invigorated me. Wow!
It did a fantastic job getting rid of my waterproof sunscreen. Whenever I use a makeup cleansing gel that was not Japanese, I always have this nagging fear that maybe it won't remove my sunscreen as claimed. Yes, of course I'm biased, but the uncomfortable truth is also that I have in fact encountered quite a few makeup cleansing gels that didn't do their job very well, if at all, and they were all non-Japanese products. Very frustrating. Happy to report I had none of that fear with this Nursery cleansing gel, and it didn't let me down. It rinsed well and didn't strip my skin to boot. I need a backup of this Yuzu scent and will definitely try all the other scents available! Totally recommended.
