After many a jar and tube of the original First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, I was happy to have received a 56.7g/2oz. tube of the scented version, Sugar Plum, from a generous Mystery GWP promotion they ran in Oct 2022. Yes, it took me this long to use up the tube and post about it :(
This whole time, I stuck with the original unscented version because I was afraid of, well, the the scent. I had no idea what kind of fragrance FAB might use, how strong it would be, etc. Turned out I worried for nothing, because this Sugar Plum smelled pretty nice, a softly sweet fruity fragrance. The scent was mild too and not at all strong or
overwhelming.
That said, this "cream" was surprisingly thin, much thinner than the original,
almost like the Lotion version
that's been discontinued! It was a bit too thin and light for my face actually, so I
used it as a hand cream in the car instead. Usually, I go through those hand creams fairly
quickly, and this tube wasn't an exception. Will definitely try other
scents as hand creams, if I see them on sale!
