Declare Soft Cleansing

Finished this 200mL/6.7fl. oz. tube of Declare Soft Cleansing quite a while ago too so here's a post before I forget and this draft gets buried. 

 

 

This was an unscented, transparent, and somewhat runny gel. I thought that once applied and massaged into my face it would melt into an oil but surprisingly, it never did! With every use, I would expect some kind of oily transformation but nope, every time it stayed a gel the whole way through. Once I wet my hand and massage my face again, it did emulsified though, and it did rinse well. I was pretty nervous whether it would remove my waterproof sunscreen but surprisingly, it did a good job! I won't repurchase though. I prefer an oil cleanser for sunscreen and makeup removal.
