Hada-Labo Shirojyun Hyaluron Clear Essence Jelly

This past winter, I'd really enjoyed using Aqualabel All-in-One Whitening Jelly Essence, so having finished Kuramoto Bijin Hakumai Fermented All-in-One Milk, I moved on to a competitor product, the 200mL bottle of Hada-Labo Shirojyun Hyaluron Clear Essence Jelly.

I spared Hada-Labo from the "copycat" label because while the two products are nearly identical, Hada-Labo didn't try to mimic Aqualabel's packaging and name the same way the generic brand ABS did with both Hada-Labo and Oshima Tsubaki with the intent to mislead.

So I finished my bottle of Menturm the Sun UV Watery Milk a few weeks ago, which means I no longer have anything thick and opaque to mix with the super thin and completely transparent Sunkiller Perfect Strong Moisture. Shuffling through my stash, I decided on this 50g tube of Hada-Labo Koi-Gokujyun Perfect UV Gel SPF50+ PA++++.

My rationale was this: quite a few UV "gels" and "essences" I've used thus far have been thick and pasty, basically anything but gel or essence. A few examples includes Menturm Watery Gel UV, SunCut UV Protect Gel, and the much better known Allie Extra UV Gel Mineral Moist N (now discontinued, replaced with Mineral Moist Neo as of spring 2015). So chances are, this Hada-Labo UV gel too should be thick and pasty, a good replacement for the Menturm milk, right? 

Hada-Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Facial Cleansing Foam

More than 2/3 way through this 20g travel size tube of Hada-Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Facial Cleansing Foam that came with the Gokujyun Olive Oil Cleansing that I used up, umm, last August. I got started on this cleansing foam just two weeks ago after finishing up the Rosette Cleansing Paste Kaidei Smooth as the follow up cleanser after my cleansing oil (been using a new one for the past 10 day, will review soon!).

I finished up my bottle of Skilabo Cleansing Oil a few weeks ago and finally got to bust open the Hada-Labo Gokujyun (super hydrating) Olive Oil Cleansing bottle, which I was dying to try out! And plus my local drug store had a promotion where each bottle comes with a small deluxe sample tube of Gokujyun Hyaluronic Facial Cleansing Foam, so all the more incentive and I had to try this.
