Thann Aromatic Wood Body Wash

Oops. This post got pushed to the very bottom of my draft folder and forgotten for years :( Oh well, better late than never.

This 37mL/1.25fl. oz. travel sized bottle of Thann Aromatic Wood Body Wash was among the set of toiletries hubby and I received from a Marriott stay (I think) in NC, where hubby had a work conference. 

 

I really loved this Aromatic Wood scent, but mostly in the bar soap. The Body Wash smelled lovely as well, and the formula wasn't too harsh, but if I had to pay top bucks, I'd rather stock up on the bar soap because the lather was so creamy and fragrant. This Body Wash was decent, but didn't leave as big an impression on me as the soap. Glad I got to try this, but I won't be buying a full size anytime soon. 

Soap Crazy Part XVI

It's been five years since my last Soap Crazy post and I've got a whole list of soap bars to post about. Also, is it me or the years are just flying by faster and faster?

 

Let's start with Chivas Goat Milk Skin Care. This is a "farm-to-home" brand by a mother-daughter team with their family-owned farm in Fillmore, California. They make soaps and essential oils with goat milk and herbs from their farm, and their products are wholesome and supposedly gentle for use on the face in addition to the body. 

- Oak Meadows Ranch Pure Goat Milk Soap Invigorating Rosemary Fennel, 128g/4.5oz.: I didn't used this bar on my face but it was great for everywhere else! And good thing I didn't use this on my face, because it's super duper scratchy with huge exfoliating particles that's scratchy even for my knees and elbows. I end up using it to scrub my feet, which says something. Not recommended unless you're also looking for a feet-scrub bar.

Thann Aromatic Wood Aromatherapy Shampoo and Conditioner

I have several of these 30mL/1fl. oz. travel size bottles of Thann Aromatic Wood Aromatherapy Shampoo and Conditioner and have been using them occasionally for months now, whenever I get bored and just want something different. They were part of a Thann toiletry set from a hotel stay, as shown below, which set off a Thann product craze that had worn off a long time ago, thankfully. I've tried a bunch of skincare and body care stuff that were okay, but nothing to write home about.

Thann Facial Cleanser

Last of the Thann skincare item I'm using is this 200g/7.05oz. pump bottle of the Facial Cleanser. This was also part of the Age Inversion Daily Regime Gift Set that included a Toner, Serum, and Cream.

Thann Facial Serum

This 30mL/1.05fl. oz. pump bottle of Thann Facial Serum is lasting much longer than expected even though I'm taking two pumps per use every morning. It was part of the Age Inversion Daily Regime Gift Set that included a Cleanser, Toner, and Cream as well.

Thann Astringent Toner

I'm 2/3 of the way through this 135mL/4.56fl. oz. bottle of Thann Astringent Toner. It was part of the Age Inversion Daily Regime Gift Set that included a Cleanser, Serum, and Cream as well.

Thann Hydrating Emulsion

I took a double-take the first time I saw this Thann Hydrating Emulsion--it's 100g/3.5oz of product stored in a flat and round glass jar. It was the first time ever that I've seen an emulsion in a jar instead of a pump bottle or a tube and it was pretty weird ^.^

Thann Rice Bran Cleansing Oil

I posted Thann Nano Shiso Age Inversion Face Cream first but it was this 185mL/6.25fl. oz. pump bottle of Rice Bran Cleansing Oil that I finished before all the other products. I always go through cleansing oil pretty quickly.

Thann Nano Shiso Age Inversion Face Cream

A while a bought a bunch of Thann skincare products, only to totally forget about them until now. The reason being they're all shrink-wrapped which produces an annoying glare when I take pictures, so I took a group pic and then set them aside for pictures later when I actually get to the product. But of course, having just one group picture is easily missed in a library of thousands. Ha. So back in June I dug them all out to use. 

To start, I'll post this 40g/1.41oz tube of Nano Shiso Age Inversion Face Cream because I just finished it. It was part of the Age Inversion Daily Regime Gift Set that included a Cleanser, Toner, and Serum as well, all of which I'll post over the next few days.

Thann Aromatic Wood Rice Extract Body Milk

Finished this 320mL/10.82fl. oz. bottle of Thann Aromatic Wood Rice Extract Body Milk a while back so here's a belated post for it. 

Thann Aromatic Wood Hand Lotion

Thann Aromatic Wood Rice Bran Oil Soap Bar had left such an impression on me that this past February, I picked up a 250mL/8.45fl. oz. bottle of Aromatic Wood Hand Lotion as a Valentine's present for hubby to use in his home office.

Soap Crazy Part XV

Interesting. I just realized hubby and I average out to about 10 bars of soap per year, give or take a few repeats. The last Soap Crazy post dated January 2019.

- Arb-Ims Spa Co Vanilla Honey Soap 100g: this bar was from a massive care package my friend A. sent to me from Tokyo. She'd been traveling the world with her hubby and daughter, and everywhere she went, she collected something to send to me. How sweet is that? I'm so blessed with such kind and generous friends T.T  

Among the goodies were Beauty Diary sheet masks and soap bars from Thailand.
