Country & Stream Honey UV Water Gel SPF32 PA+++

Summer is coming to an end, which means my kiddos have gone through a few bottles of sunscreen, with some repeats and some new. This 180g bottle of Country & Stream Honey UV Water Gel SPF32 PA+++ was among the newbies, and the boys used it up within 3 weeks!

Here's a short post for Canmake Lip & Cheek Gel 07 Tart Framboise. I haven't seen any new colors these past few years so I checked Canmake's website and sure enough, this product is no longer listed, which means it's been discontinued.

Canmake Cream Cheek Part VIII

More of these Canmake Cream Cheek that have been pickling on a corner of my desk for a couple of years now ^.^" In this post I have colors 16 Almond Terracotta, 17 Caramel Latte, and 18 Elegant Rose. No new Clear Series, unfortunately, which makes me think this line is destined for discontinuation sooner or later :(

Canmake Stay-On Balm Rouge SPF11 PA+ Part VI + Tint Type

It's been a while and I've long fallen behind on these Canmake Stay-On Balm Rouge T.T Canmake's website shows they're up to color #20 Cotton Peony and here I am still on 15 Elegant Dahlia, 16 Earl Gray Leaf, 17 Mellow Blossom, and Tint Type T05 Sweety Poppy. I've been pretty picky about which to buy and keep too, because there have been lots of nudes and browns these past couple of years.

Country & Stream UV Face Powder SPF50+ PA++++

Along with Kaena UV Powder SPF50+ PA++++, this Country & Stream UV Face Powder SPF50+ PA++++ was another new discovery last spring. 

By new, I meant I haven't seen it before. It wasn't a repackaged or reformulation of a powder I've tried. It also fell in what I considered reasonable price range, less than 3,500yen (I paid 1,320yen after tax). The jar contains 5.5g of product, but again this info wasn't listed anywhere on the package or online, which annoyed me to no end. Good thing the Rakuten JP shop had stated it clearly in their listing. Apparently it was a limited edition but I had no idea at the time of purchase.

Canmake Juicy Lady Liquid Cheek

Last year, on a whim I picked up these Canmake Juicy Lady Liquid Cheek in 01 Rose Pop, 02 Mango Orange, and 03 Apple Cherry.

I'm still collecting the Balm Rouges and the Cream Cheeks, but it's been a really long time since I bought any liquid cheek product from Canmake. The last was the Whip Mousse Lip 04 Foggy Cherry in December 2012, which was actually a multi-purpose product for lips and cheeks but they were so awesome on the cheeks I never bothered using them on the lips. So of course these Liquid Cheeks caught my eyes when they came out. I was hoping for something similar to the Whip Mousse Lips that I love (and still use!).

Since last fall, I'd gotten my hands on three more Canmake Stay-On Balm Rouge in the colors 13 Milky Alyssum and 14 Poppy Bouquet from the regular lineup, and a Tint Type T04 Chocolate Lily.

Adding to my Canmake Stay-On Balm Rouge collection, here are three new (staining) Tint Types in T01 Little Anemone, T02 Happy Tulip, and T03 Ruby Carnation.

Canmake Cream Cheek Tint

Being a loyal fan of Canmake Cream Cheeks, I dutifully tried and love the Lip & Cheek Gels as well. So when these Cream Cheek Tints came out, I had to give them a try too. I have the first three colors, 01 Fresh Pop Melon, 02 Happy Strawberry, and the LE 03 Peony Mellow.

There's also a new color I don't have, 04 Plum Cherry. I'm not sure if it's permanent or LE because it isn't listed on Canmake's official site. Either way, I'm not too sad because I'll be skipping it. Yes, I'm skipping it, and I should have skipped the first three also :(

Canmake Melty Smooth Oil Gloss

When Citrine reviewed this Canmake Melty Smooth Oil Gloss in 03 Strawberry Red back in April, I immediately thought of Integrate Sakura Drop Essence Sakuranbo and gave it a try. There are two other "colors" available, 01 Clear and 02 Pure Pink, but I think Canmake has discontinued this gloss as I don't see it on their website. It's still available on e(vil)bay.

Here's my most recent Canmake order via Rakuten JP: the new Balm Rouge Tints T01 Little Anemone, T02 Happy Tulip, and T03 Ruby Carnation, the new Cream Cheek Tints 01 Fresh Pop Melon, 02 Happy Strawberry, and LE 03 Peony Mellow, and Cream Cheek 15 Antique Milk Rose. There's also a Cream Cheek Clear Series CL09 Clear Raspberry Gelato that's not pictured as it arrived in a separate package. Will review these later when time permits. Canmake Lip & Cheek Gel SPF24 PA+ Part II

A few weeks before leaving Tokyo, I spotted a new Canmake Lip & Cheek Gel at the local drugstore, which means I now have 2 colors to make a post worth your while: 05 Cherry Fromage and 06 Dark Plum Sugar.

Canmake Stay-On Balm Rouge SPF11 PA+ Part III

Wow, I totally forgot to review this Canmake Stay-On Balm Rouge SPF11 in the newest color 12 Little Plum Candy! So here's a quick post, if a little late, sorry!

I've had this color for a while when it came out and liked it enough to grab a backup. Since I've already review these balm rouges in detail, here's the color description and swatch.

- 12 Little Plum Candy: a shimmer free blue-based maraschino red. Nothing plummy about it in my humble opinion. As you can see, it's translucent but is decently pigmented and shows up even better on my lips. So I use it gingerly but I do like the color very much and hence the backup stick :)

Canmake Lip & Cheek Gel SPF24 PA+

I'm not sure why, but it took forever for these Canmake Lip & Cheek Gel SPF24 PA+ to show up at the drugstores in my neighborhood. I didn't see them around until December of last year, with some stores not getting them in until January of this year! By then, I'd already gone elsewhere for them--Rakuten!

There were 3 colors released initially, 01 Strawberry Mousse, 02 Apple Mango Parfait, and 03 Raspberry Float, with 04 Blood Cranberry being limited edition. That said, as of this spring, 04 was brought back (by popular demand?) and is now in the permanent line-up. There's also a brand new color just released: 05 Cherry Fromage, which I probably won't see in stores for a few months. Sigh.

Canmake Cream Cheek Part VI + Clear Series

Finally, the newest installment of the Canmake Cream Cheek: a 14 Apple Cream Red in the regular line which I'd hunted down last fall, and a CL08 Clear Cute Strawberry in the Clear Series released this past spring.

Canmake Stay-On Balm Rouge SPF11 PA+ Part II

So I've been going around the drugstores in my area, looking for the new Canmake Lip & Cheek Gels that's supposed to be out mid October, only it's passed mid November and they're still nowhere to be seen! I've been checking Rakuten JP repeatedly, and the listings have finally begun to trickle in, of course with the limited edition #4 Blood Cranberry already sold out. How? When? I'm quite mystified as to how this whole process works! I even remember this same frustration and bewilderment when hubby and I were living in Yokohama, when I would go around to all the drugstores I know in anticipation of new releases and finding none!

But I was able to find the new Stay-On Balm Rouge at least. The color 10 Flowery Princess has been out since April, and 11 Raspberry Rose was released on the same date as the MIA Lip & Cheek Gels and sure enough I bought this color the week of October 15! Meanwhile, here I am still wondering where the hell are the Lip & Cheek Gels?!? There was also a new Candy Wrap Lip in 17 Cherry Sherbet, which the Canmake website describes as a "neon pink." However, when I swatched it in store, it turned out to be a meh, nondescript pink that would simply disappear on my lips. So I just skipped it altogether.
