Got hubby started on this 90g jar of Aqualabel Special Gel Cream (Moist) All-in-One in the LE Sakura packaging and scent. Like the previous Special Gel Cream (Oil In) All-in-One he was using, this is also a 5-in-1 product that's a toner, milk, serum, cream, and mask.
So far, what stood out the most to hubby is the texture of this Gel Cream: it's a non-Newtonian fluid. It's thick and will flow slowly like a room-temperature honey, but it doesn't stick to his finger and he has to literally dig some out when he wants to use it, like liquid cornstarch. Which then makes me wonder if there's any cornstarch in it ^.^"
The Gel Cream is scented with a lovely floral sakura scent that's a bit too strong for my taste. This is surprising because I rarely encounter strongly scented Japanese skincare to begin with. Good thing hubby doesn't mind the scent. He likes the Gel Cream and says it moisturizes well and doesn't leave any residue or makes his skin sticky, which he hates.
